Host was very responsive and extremely helpful with all questions. Place was great and in a perfect location to Piccadilly station and other trams.

Absolutely excellent property - would highly recommend. Perfect location and very pleasant to stay in. As mentioned, the only downside was on arrival there was cigarette butts on the landing which I cleaned away in the outside bins. The door lock is a bit annoying requiring a key code everytime is the only other negative, other then that everything else was superb; clean, well described, outstanding. Will happily use again when I visit Manchester!

The place was spotless so would definitely stay again, and also in a great location. Very spacious and looks exactly like the pictures so you get what you see!

Kane was very responsive and very friendly. Had trouble with the WiFi. I needed the WiFi for work. As soon as I reported the issue he was on top of trying to get it fixed.
